Question foods to eat

what what be good foods to eat without using a frying pan that would help gain mass I know In order for me to gain weight I need to consume 390 calories every three hours (six meals ) a day( it takes 2.5 hours for food to digest eatting often will impact food absorption utillize nutrients throughout the day I read) and lift heavy any good ideas would be appreciated

If you eat lots of McDonalds and crap you will put on weight.

Good weight gaining foods include chicken, milk, eggs, tuna, steak, cheese, beans, pasta, wheat bread, its pretty much common sense. Don't be mislead by sugary foods though, sugar adds lots of calories but is not good for you.

Thanx About mc donalds I hear Eating often there (And i mean years and years of eatting) there will cause sexual disfunction because of all the additives in meat I dont want that!!
