hey guys, need some help here. I took of my short ram air intake and installed a cold air intake. I dont know if all preludes are like this, but my 96 vtec, had a vacum hose and little module on the intake box behind the bumper, i unpluged the vacum and my car wasnt running right. the check engine light came on. so i just set the little module in my engine bay and plugged it in to see what would happen and it was running fine. Now sometimes when im idleing, the rpms jump. they will jump like 300 rpms up and down every couple seconds.
I need some help from ppl who installed their cai on their vtec. PLEASE! |

well i dunno what kind of CAI you got but i remeber on a AEM it comes with a cover for that vaccum you speak of, im pretty sure if you cover that up it should solve your problem.
