Did he feel sorry for us?
We were crusing around last night on the beach, not intent on racing at all.
Here comes a Yellow F360 Modena flying by us. So... Imagine whats next  We drop it, pull up next to him (By the way... Were in a 1992 Twin Turbo ZedX with HKS Turbos, Honed/Extruded/Polished upper plenum, 555cc injectors, JWT Pop Chargers/ECU Disabled MAF, about 500+bhp) and start revving, shooting some BOV at him. He looks over and gets this little smurk on his face... Mmm fun time. (Im in the passenger seat, right next to him) So I flash him Three-Fingers... He nods. Honk... Honk... Honk GONE. Flying down the beach strip (35mph speedlimit... VERY stupid place to race) Then right when hes about to pull ahead... The... Twin... Turbos... Kick... In... Now im wondering... Did he LET us win. Or is it at all possible we really beat this guy? I would love to be able to say "Yea we beat that Yellow Modena a couple nights ago." What do you guys think... Knowing these cars better than me and all. -Wes

why would he let you win???
its sounds liek you beat and he didnt let you win why would a F360 Modena let you win the guy droving it no hes got power why would he just let you win i think you one and he didnt let you just my thoughts |

It is entirely possible that you beat the 360 in the race. The fact that you were in such a heavily modified 500hp+ twin turbo car, and that he was more than likely an inexperienced driver makes me think you won fair. Don’t count on this happening again when the new F430 comes out.

i always see a yellow one on my way down to carolina beach...i'd race him in my dad's SHO...i'd lose in a heartbeat but i wouldn't care

Yep, thats the same Modena... But now theres a new challenge in town... Yesterday at work I saw a Gallardio... Im not entirely sure if we can beat him. It will have to wait until Justin gets back from college (owner of the Twin Turbo Zed). Wow im not the only Motherlander in here... Cool. -Wes
