Has anyone else had this happen and if so how hard is the motor to replace?
Please help, my budgets pretty tight right now (new baby on the way) and I am fairly handy so was hoping to try to fix the problem myself.
Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Take your glove box off, pull the bottom plastic plate off of your AC/heater Housing, it should be 3 small Screws. You can than unscrew the Fan motor Down and out fairly easy, The Fan may be out of balance. Most Fan motors and/fans come from the factory pre balanced. Mine has been like this for a year, When the fan slows or stops I reach under the Glove box and tap on the bootem of the case and the fan starts up again, Not recomended but that stops me from having to replace the Motor/Fan. Good luck
