Lowering

Any one got any tips on lowering a 2000 quiksilver - which springs etc

GMC springs (106 special made) for the front wheels, lower a tooth in the bar in the back.

hey,im new 2 this forum.but while your on the topic.i was wondering how much i can drop my 106 zest on 15" rims.and what i need for the front.also ne tips on adjusting the torsion bar?how much etc..help if u can fanks
