Turbo

Hey everyone,
Im getting a turbo really soon and I am just wondering what I would have to do/check on my engine so it can run about 5-7 psi...but my motor has about 135,000k miles on it =P, pretty high but if its only a couple things I can do to make it run fine without buying a new motor well then thats great..please let me know if you know anything.
