just a fun little hp dyno graph i found
well i'll admit it, i've been collecting parts to upgrade my engine to F/I but i really haven't done much research into what all is actually involved (more the physics part) in doing so.
i found this dyno graph http://auto.howstuffworks.com/horsepower3.htm when looking it up, its a graph for a first gen 3000gt vr-4 (you can tell because it peaks at 300 hp and not 320 as the later models did) i found the article as a whole to be pretty interesting and informative and for anyone who doesn't know exactly what horsepower means and wants to know the answer, just look there.

What I don't get is why our peak hp is at 6500, when the boost is already falling...

its not its at 6000rpm.
this is the reason why some people are getting high 13 numbers at the track. your rpm's should reach 6 grand when launching and you'll take of like a bat out of hell. thing is its horrible for the trannie and clutch
