window tint advice

I live in NJ and am looking to tint my windows. NJ tint laws allow no front tint and 27 in the back and rear windows. I'd like to do at least 35% for all windows, but I'm not sure if I should plan on getting pulled over for having illegal tints, particularly since I have NY plates (no tint is allowed in NY).

I'm thinking riding with illegal tints is analgous to riding without a seat belt, where it's only really enforced as a secondary offense, but I'm wondering if anyone with tints, particularly in NJ, could offer any advice as far as what to expect.

Additionally, if any of you have suggestions about where to get them done in NJ, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Re: window tint advice

..plan on getting pulled over. they will not treat it as a secondary offense, like seat belts (which I believe is probably now a primary offense?).. anyway, better tint places offer lifetime warranties where they will replace tint if you're forced to remove for an officer or for court or whatever..
