92 prelude ..??

hello there,
I saw a 92 prelude SR for sale today and it has the following:

black exterior/interior
bucket seats (non-leather)
power windows/mirrors/sunroof
tinted windows
stock 15" honda rims
auto

it has 243xxx klix on it..this car comes with the H23A engine....the guy asked for CDN$5300..is that too much/little/ok ??

also if someone is kind enough .. is the H23A engine a 2.3L engine ?
