Question need speed!

wat up yaa i have a02 lancer oz-rally all i have is a cold air intake and exhaust i hate the fact that my car is slow i wanted to know some suggestions to make it faster with a reasonable price! i know i could do turbo but i don't know wat else i'm gonna have to change under the hood when i do that or how much the whole process will cost doing it the right way. i heared i should super charge it instead wat r u guys suggestions or wat comes with that process. or wat else can i do that won't cost so much!!!!!!!!! help !!!!!!!!! thankz.

you can start looking around for some internal engine parts since your engine is 2.0 litre 4g63?? i think is it?? any way look for different cams,rods,pistons,ported and polished,what kind of exhaust do you have? look into a downpipe that get rids of you catlytic converter?there may even be a stroker kit for you engine also, but that's my input
