Impala ls engine

I have a 2001 impala ls. 3.8 litre engine. my concern is that I have 105,000 mile on it. Though it still runs great how many miles could i get out of the engine. Just curious. Thanks

Forever if you look after it and do your oil changes and tune-ups when you should

I have seen 3.8's go well past 400k with no major problems. You're car is barely broke in.

I highly doubt that a 3.8 will last for 400k miles. Maybe after a rebuild or two.
