Fuel Filter, PCV, and Resetting Computer

I know there are threads on all of these b/c I've seen them before, but I'm at work, and was wasting WAY too much time trying to find them.
FYI:
Took my 02 2wd Rodeo into the shop yesterday and they fixed the driveshaft thump with no qualms. I noticed that some people on here have had problems having them do the work under warranty.

My questions:
1) PCV valve-2002 V6 Models have a screw in, correct? Also, how much should these be (I'm used to 3 or 4 bucks for older vehicles) and can I get them from anyone other than the dealer (who wanted $14 for one and needed my VIN to look the part up). Guess pcv's aren't as simple as they used to be.

2) Fuel Filter and Resetting Computer-I know how to replace the fuel filter from the FAQ Page and previous knowledge. Not exactly sure on the ECM reset, however. If I don't release the pressure or disconnect the battery am I asking for trouble?

The 2002 PCV shouldn't be any different then on my 2000. If you remove the plastic (worthless) engine cover you will see it on the front right side of the engine sticking in the valve cover with a hose going to the throttle body. You can remove it by twisting and pulling it up and then twist and pull it out of the hose. I clean mine every couple of thousand miles with a quick spray of carb cleaner(every couple of K it seems to get sticky and not shake). I still replace mine with OEM Isuzu ones every 30k which cost about 15, buck, but I'm sure you can purchase one at a parts store for about 5 bucks.

As for the fuel filter, if you don't relieve the pressure you'll just have more gas on the ground. I just unscrew the gas cap and undo the battery. The best way to reset the ECU is to diconnect the batter for 15 minutes. Also, there is a main ECU relay that you could also remove (I don't know where it is, probably in the fuse box under the hood) to reset it too.
