i have 2 things i need info on
i found a d15b7 and was wanting to know if it would be wroth it puting it in my car? is it vtec? can i jsut bolt it right in? i have a d15b2.
next thing is i put on my brakes. i got hawk hp+ pads and brembo cross drill'd and slot'd rotors and i just put them on and theres tons of noise coming from them like there hiting the hole time and the shims are to small for these pads. do you have to use shims? any ideas would help thanks oh yeah the thing is the d15b7 has a dpfi on it not the mpfi |

the d15b7 is the 92-95 civic dx/lx non-vtec engine. as long as you use your stock tranny it will bolt right in. I would put it in using all your stock stuff including intake mani etc, jsut swtich out the block basiclly for your d15b2.

how hard would it be to upgrade that motor like i found parts for the d15b2? and on top of the motor it says died hole number 3 what you think that means?
