The buzzer is irritating the hell out of me, I just want to know where it is located and if it is ok to take it out. Its a 1990 sr5 4x4. Any help is appreciated.

The buzzer is usually under the dash on the drivers side. A little silver square box about half the size of a match box. You might find out that the interior light will not come on when you open the drivers door though. That has happened to me twice with Toyotas. The passenger side door will activate the light. If you have the keys in and open the drivers door just get down and find where the noise is coming from and remove it. Just unplug it.
