Question Trouble codes via the check engine light

Please keep in mind, I am not an auto mechanic. So I'm sort of shooting darts dealing with these problems.
I have a 95 Ram Van 1500 with a 3.9V6. Picked it up in Macon Georgia for my hvac business. Living in Wisconsin, this vehicle is in very nice shape. But there are mechanical things that must be done.The upper control arm is bent so I got bone yard arms upper and lower and pressed in the ball joints and bushings. I've been putting off puttin them in. No good reason other than it's a big job.
Now the engine codes. I get the following every time. 45, 15, and 32.
My Haynes book says the 45 could be a number of things, all transmission related. There is a little fluid leaking where the wires connect to the trans. I'm thinking the fluid may be getting into the connection and causing trouble.
Now the 15 code, it seems to me might be related, something about the speed sensor and output shaft speed etc.
The 32 code has me stumped though because I can't find any reference to a 32 code. Overall the vehicle lacks power. It also spits and misfires when the tank is low. It has 156k+, am thinking about changing out the gas filter and checking fuel pressure. Recently it had problems when it first started, would hardly idle etc, but I cleaned up the EGR assy and it took care of the problem.
I just looked at what's been typed and it looks like I'm rambling so I'll shut up for now, maybe some of you have some ideas. Thanks

Code 32**: "An open or shorted condition detected in the EGR solenoid circuit. Possible air/fuel ratio imbalance not detected during diagnosis.

**This code lights up the "check Engine" light during engine operation, once the trouble code has been recorded.

Code 45 should be: "problem detected in the overdrive solenoid"

Code 15 should be: No distance/speed sensor signal detected during road load conditions.

Lack of power could be a bad gas filter, or a bad plug wire or wires after you check these, you might want to go back to the trans thing again. I think you might be on the right track thinking that the trans fluid lead in the electrical connections could be giving you false readings.

Fuel filter?
I don't think vans have one.
At least mine doesn't, 95 b2500 318.
I had a low fuel pressure problem & starting issues.
was on the same track, pluged fuel filter, NOT!!!.
had to replace "sock, pump, & sending unit assem" in the tank.
Great fun!!
but did fix it

All Dodge vans have fuel filters, ALL OF THEM.
Without one, your engine would run about an hour before the carb jets or fuel injectors would begin to clog.

On carb'd engines the fuel filter is on the right side of the engine next to the mechanical fuel pump.

On fuel injected engines (1992 and later and including your 1995
B2500-318
), the filter is on the right side frame rail near the engine. It's under the van, sort of below the passanger seat area.

Who ever told you that your van doesn't have a fuel filter was wrong.
