Who knows, you would have to look up the impedances of the subs since that doesnt say. You will probably have no sound quality with those subs if you already noticed it with that amp.

Yeah...it will give each sub 700 watts RMS then. That is if both subs are single Voice Coil and 4 ohms each. The amp should have a spot for both speaker wires to have their own terminal...if not you just wire it in the same spot...2 terminals is for convenience.
