Which begs the question: What exactly do the numbers mean for the F-Series trucks? And for that matter, the Chevy trucks too. They don't correspond to any statistic that I can see.

Re: Ford F-1 Street Rod(project in progress)

i think that website just got the name wrong... to my knowledge, Ford never called their truck an F-1 ...besides, that site is calling the '99 SVT F-150 Lightning an F-100

Still never heard of an F-1, but I'm exactly a Ford guy though. But boxes can be wrong. Some boxes say 'Ferrari 360 Modena Spider, which is wrong b/c there is no such thing as a Modena Spider.

Re: Ford F-1 Street Rod(project in progress)

The F-1 was made in 1948 then it was replaced by the F-100 in 1953
