2002 Tahoe Body Emblems

Hello, I'm a new user, just signed up. A lot of good info here. I have a question. I just purchased a 2002 Tahoe, there are no "Chevrolet" or "Tahoe" emblems on the car, sides or rear hatch. There is a LT emblem near the windows though. Just curious, it seems kinda odd. I've never noticed a Tahoe or any other car with NO stuff on the sides. Don't get me wrong, it looks great. Just wondering what the deal is.
Thanks in advance for any insight on this...

The previous owner probably "debadged" it. I've been thinking about doing my own for awhile now.

Sounds like it was debadged to me.

Debadging of these trucks is real common and way cool, I think. All of the emblems stick on, even your 'LT' emblems are stuck on.

Just a little heat and some fishing line is all it takes.
