Is the speed sensor part of the cluster? These listings speedometer head showed up with mileage, so I'm guessing they are talking about the actual speedometer?

Wow this is an old thread, about a year old. Nope, the speed sensor isnt part of the cluster. It's located on the transmission. Mine went bad so i had to replace it. Yeah, I think you are correct, they're probably talking about that. The cluster is about $50 bucks at the junk yard.

yep yep... 50 bucks, just had to replace mine a while ago.
