Question Pacesetter Catback Exhaust?

I've recently been shopping for exhaust for my 1992 eclipse 1.8L. So how is pacesetter? Can anyone who has it or has heard of it give me an idea on how it sounds? Im not concerned so much with performance because pacesetter uses pretty good sized piping. I will also be using a high flow cat-converter as well. Any help would be great!

Re: Pacesetter Catback Exhaust?

Pacesetter is absolute garbage from what I've been hearing. Everything I have heard about them has been negative, for the price your going to pay for that exhaust you can get a nice custom made one for about the same price and it will be better IMO!

can anyone tell me what is involved in getting a custom exhaust, i know you got to drive your car to the muffler shop, and all that, but would i have to leave it there? Anyone with some past experience? I just want the cat-back, i'll suffer with a pacesetter header and downpipe.
