99 Silverado Shakes Like Unbalanced

can anyone tell me, what could be causing my front end to wobble as if it were unbalanced (tires), although my tires and alignment are fine/good? I heard it's my wheel bearings that are the problem and that they are sealed therefore, I would have to change the wheel hub. Can someone elaborate or confirm?
