I have a stupid question.
whats the difference between wet and dry nitrous?

The terms wet and dry refer to the method of fuel enrichment. Wet nitrous systems also inject extra fuel. Dry systems only inject nitrous and fuel enrichment will have to be done by modifying your stock fuel system.

I would say no. Its probably safer since it eliminates the risk of an inproperly tuned(for nitrous) fuel system, or simply a fuel system that cannot handle the extra load. However since the fuel and nitrous have different flow properties it often leads to unequal fuel/air/nitrous mixtures among the cilinders. So as long as you tuned it properly and your fuel system is up to par, dry systems are better than wet.
