Question Coilover problem

Hey im new to this site so please help me out with this.I got my coilovers awhile ago and i just decided to go lower but it is all the way down and theres no more sleve left.How can i go lower.I know i can cut the coilover but i know its not a good i dea???

i got one of those cheap ones on ebay i know their not the best but hey they have been ok for now.i just got new 17' konig troubles and dont wanna get rid of them.wanna go about another inch just in the front.
