CARlisle, PA Import car show

For those of you on the East Coast, I was wondering how many of us would be representing Infiniti... The show is May 3,4,5 and is bound to be full of all sorts of goodies I know several Honda owners going, even some Focus owners, and then I am going with my friends (one of whom has a decent Neon).

Let me know if you're planning on an appearance. It'd be awesome to meet some of you all!!!

I'd like to go to one of these, I've heard they are pretty fun from some of the North Eastern SERCA members. But I'm driving down to Vancouver that month and I'll be pretty busy getting things in order.

Do look out for a bunch of rowdies driving Sentras/NX2k/etc.

My friends were talking to me about going ( one w/ Sentra and one w/ tight assed 300Z). They always go up to Carlisle.

I'm not sure yet, but I'll let you know for sure!

Oh, next question, have you booked rooms yet??? Cause I know the Hilton is absolutely booked!!! I know some Focus' going who are partying down at the Hilton, but then one of my Honda boys says the real parties are with them at the Motel6...

Well, I won't be going, but a bunch of friends from the SR20 community will be there. I can put you in touch with them. Just don't blame me. :right:

Oh, and watch out for Jim Schumacher. Tell him I said so too.

They are a really good group. Very knowledgeable too. I know one of them is getting ready to install a SR20VE in his classic SE-R. He should be there. He was the last two years.

I can't wait to go to this show!!!

Heck, I even had to laugh at my friend. He watched "The Fast..." for the first time last night, and watching him was better than watching the movie! He was all competitive right after, saying all this crap about "My Neon will rape your G20 any day" (which is mostly true b/c he's got advanced timing, and a few other "modifications" made) but I went and made him listen to the part where they are all waiting for the "SE-R" engines, and I was all like "Yeah, then why'd those guys want MY engine to mod, and not yours???"

It was great. So yeah, back on topic again, this show will be awesome. Too bad I'll have to hide my completely stock G since it'll be such a disgrace! *lol* Tis a shame that the DET I found is incredibly priced at $2100US w/o installation and I still can't afford it!
