2001 Camaro Convertible

I got a Camaro convertible, where the rear glass came loose on the top during a storm. After calling a couple polsterers and also the dealership I got different answers from replacing the window(which is not broken) to get a whole new convertible top. Since there is nothing wrong with eather the glass or the top is there any way to fix it, like with silicon or so. I need input thank you????
