im looking to buy some ignition wires and im seeing all different types of sizes. is bigger better or does have to do more with what its made of?

Bigger is only better if you have a built engine & upgraded ignition system.
Your best off going with NGK wires. |

The thicker the ignition wires is for better heat protection and insulation, and for looks. Although, I heard from a magnecor 10mm wire user that it rejects noise well, that cheap timming guns can't read it.
i would prefer 8.5mm since they fit the stock holders. But those fat red 10mm looks mean, they'd look nice on show cars. |

nothing better then oem stock. many 400+whp guys running stock oem wires
