Block Casting Numbers

Hey guys I just went to http://www.nastyz28.com/sbchevy/sblock.html and looked up the casting number for my engine. It says my numer (3970014) is from a 70-73 ands its a 350 with 300 hp and its from a LA built Camaro. Does anyone know if this is correct or if theres somewhere else I may be able to double check this at? Thanks Again...............

I got a little different results. Says here its a 350, 2 or 4 bolt, 1970-1976. Also, I'm pretty sure if there was something that specific, this website would say so. There are other numbers that it specifies for Z28's only. Check it out and then bookmark it, I can't tell you how many times I've used to this site.
