spark plug gapping
what is the proper gap size for the non vtec b18b1? i just replaced my plugs and when my dad came home he asked me if i gapped them and i just looked at him, im gonna go to pep poys eventually to get the right tool but i need to know what the right gap is and how to measure it

if u go to the auto parts store and tell them what type of car and everything. They will tell u the right gap to set them at

maybe the plugs were pre-gapped. Should say in the manual, right? If not, do a google search. You just need a gapping tool and a table.

check under the hood, mines says to gap 1.1 mm which is .044 inches.
i just installed my copper ZFR5F-11 NGK-V power plugs, does anyone know if they're pre-gapped? I measured it came out the box .043 or .044, but I probably gapped them .045, anyone know if this is safe? |
