Need help with wiring my NEONS through my door pins

This is my first time using this so please help!

Well i would like to know if there is a way to wire my neon lights so that it is triggered throught the door pin, so that my car lights up when i open the door, the tricky part is (or to me it is), i would still like to have a master switch which can deactivate the whole thing since this stuff is not legal in my state.

I would also like to know how i can remove my front bumper, i was thinking about going to home depo and buying some grills and making my own. please help!!
