Door Graphics

I found a door off a 87 XJ and it has these enormous body grahic stickers on it...and hear I thought they were actually *painted* two tones...but alas one color is just really wide graphics. Anyone ever tried to remove these before? I was thinking about getting a heat gun to remove them...I need the door to be a solid black but need to remove these stickers first! :-)

Hi John!

Heat gun will remove the plastic, but you probably will have to use some of those "Adhesive Removers" as well.

this old door it's like a big sheet of vinyl...ack! I'll get a heat gun this weekend and see how well it works...yet another excuse for new tools! :-)
