Whats the best thing to use when making panel lines?

Scriber. Model Masters makes them and should be easy to find at your LHS.

it depends on the color of the model and the base coat you painted it with.
a general answer to your general question would be - thinned paint.

Do a search you will find many different techniques.
Can't say which is best, that will depend on your personal preference. I will suggest that whatever method you choose, that you keep it subtle, panel lines are very easy to over do. |
