04 Camry se v6 suspension issue

I go to Lemon Law court next week, my 04 Camry SE-v6 makes a loud thump in the rear suspension when I hit any bump in the road, Toyota says its a caractoristic in the Camry SE v6, I disagree, car only has 2800 miles on it, Toyota tried to fix it, they couldnt, went through arbitration, lost that case, they said I didnt prove my case, the guy didnt even want to ride in the car, I had to beg him to, then in his report he admits there is a noise in the rear suspension, I need some evidence for court, can anyone point me in the right direction. my suggestion is go to www.toyotanation.com and post under the camry forum... there's a lot of members that can help you out and can figure out how to assist with your situation.
