where is throttle pressure cable?

I have a 91 sentra xe [1.6] with an automatic transmission. My tranny is shifting weird so I think I need to adjust my throttle pressure cable. I think it is between the air filter and valve cover but I'm not sure. Does anyone know where it is or how to adjust it?
