2001 Yukon Headlight Problem?

Has anyone experienced a headlight problem where the headlights will go out when the tilt steering wheel is moved up and down and the turn signal is activated? Rumor has it that a GMC Campaign is in affect but the dealer denies any such campaign at this time.
