have 92 dynasty, fan was working fine, then one day it stopped working. Replaced blower motor, still not working. Checked wires to fan, have power onboth wires.

The fan will only come on if the motor gets hot enough eh. Does the motor heat up?
If it gets hot, it might just be a coolant sensor that's messed up and won't let the fan motor have any power since it thinks the coolant is cold because it's screwed. Try that.

UH, wrong fan!
Your blower motor resistor, or the blower switch and or fuse may have gone. The resistor pack is behind the glove box door. This is for the A/C and heater blower, I assume. Slantsixness
