LED brakelights
I'm installing LED brakelights in my accord, but it makes my brake lamp indicator come on, is there a safe way to disable it, or where and what size resistor should I install?

Do you mean you put replacement 1157 LED bulbs for the brake light bulb instead of the regular halogen?
If so, LED draws less current so the car thinks your bulbs are burnt out. If you put LED for turn signals, it'll flash quicker for the same reason. I think I heard resistor works but don't know much about it. If not, I really don't know whats wrong.

ya, I replaced the 7443 bulbs with led bulbs, I added a 6 ohm load equilizer to each side on the hot line for the brake and that seems to have solved my problem. If any one else has this issue the key was using a load equilizer for each bulb even though one 3 ohm handles two led bulbs, the circuit needs one on each side.
