Nitro And BMW

Well I was at the swap shop today and was looking at some speakers. Well I heard some nitros and they sounded pretty good so i was like i want those and the guy pointed me to 6way 700w bmw speakers(some german shit), well he said they werent the nitros and said they were better. so he tried to sell me 2 6x9s for 60$ and if i bought the 4x6s 500w he would give em to me for 100 for both sets. well i said no thanks and moved on. moved to the next stall and some guy said if i could get 40 bucks he'd get me both sets "the good stuff". also said no, well what would you have done and are these good brands?

Re: Nitro And BMW

no, both brands aren't worth it. Don't buy car audio at a store... buy it online is generally a good rule

Re: Nitro And BMW

but a real store has like warranties for the stuff they do. and the swap shop is like a bunch of sellers at one loacation, so i wouldnt call it a store really. but i would like to have it professionally done soo nothing gets fu(ked up, and so the wires are hidden and such. i mean i'll pay the 100 bucks to have it look and sound good. but i might buy the stuff off sound domain. or do you have some good sites?
