1967 Ford Mustang completed, finally! *9 PICS*

Been working on the for some time now. It feels realy great to get something finnished after having a lot of painting problems.

Model is AMT 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. Wheels are from a Tamiya Skyline with Pegasus sleeves on the rear. It's painted in Tamiya TS-19 Metallic blue with Tamiya TS-30 Silver leaf stipes. I have added EFI to the engine, the rest is from the box. Exept for the C4 Corvette rc-car in the trunk.

Thanks! I also think the rear rims are a bit big, but I didn't have anything else that would give it that stance.

The sleeves are ordered from Anders at Virago Hobby in Höganäs. He has a lot of aftermarket stuff, the only one in sweden. You can mail him at [email protected]

those rims are an atrocity on that car. waaaaaay too ghetto bling bling for me.

i think the rims look pretty cool. gives it a really aggressive stance. but the rims aside, it's a really nice build, especially with that blue!

Those rims look sweet and the build and the paint choice is great too.

A really nice Pro Touring '67 fastback. I'd love one jsut like it in the garage next to my '66!

Thanks for sharing,

Oh man!!!!!!!
I love pro-touring-style muscle-cars!! You got the right look with the R34 wheels. EFI, lowered, nice rake, it's sweet.
You even detailed the underside of the hood!
Are those traction bars in red? Kit-supplied or fabbed?
Nice job this 'stang is definitely a looker

Thanks for all the comments!

Orion37170: The vette is the one that comes with the AMT '49 Murcury painted red with a small antenna.

675datsun: The traction bars are from a Revell '68 Pontiac Firebird.

Jaymes: Well thats hard. The trunk don't open more, and it's hard to get the camera closer. But I can try.
