Hello all! I have a 99 Tahoe with 74K miles on it that I need a little help with.
On occasion I leak anti-freeze. Not all the time mind you but when it does leak it leaks a lot at a time. I put more coolant in it and I may or may not be OK for a while. I am going to flush the radiator and I have wondered about changing the themostat. Am I on the right track and/or are there other things I can try? Thanks! /dev |

On the top of the motor pass side there is a coolant fitting with a snap in type connector. This is a common leak on the vortecs. If not then you may have a intake leak which is also a common problem on the vortecs.Do a search for coolant leaks or intake leaks. Or log onto www.fullsizechevy.com There is massive amounts of info on there for this problem...Good luck...
