replacing burnt out dash light bulbs in '93 safari

trying to fix some minor problems in my '93 safari. Just purchased it used two weeks ago and trying to deal with some trouble spots. There are quite a few burnt out dash light bulbs and I am trying to figure out how to replace them. Among the ones that are out are: heat and A/C control center; power mirror control;fog light control;and some of the stereo lights are dim looking. Anyone have any helpful hints? I would appreciate any help given...... thanks

Re: replacing burnt out dash light bulbs in '93 safari

Almost the entire dash comes off just by taking out a few screws. Then the rest is held in with small clips. My heat and a/c bulb works, but the little piece of plastic that holds it in is broken. I took my dash apart to check that out. I'm not sure about the other lights, but the dash comes apart and goes together fairly easily. Just make sure you get everything lined back up properly or your guages might be a little crooked.
