Exclamation Opinions wanted

I had a good idea the other day, but I'm not so sure about it, so tell me what U think!

You all seen those windshield washer lights ( I really don't like 'em ).
BUT, I was thinkin' about gettin' some yellow ones and riggin' them so the one on the right ONLY lights up (blinks) in cadence w/ my right turn signal and vise versa...

I think it's a pretty phat assed idea!!:flash: I'm pretty sure theres a way to rig it to do that (anyone?), but do ya think it'll look cheap (anyone?)?

I'm really tempted to try it those lights are pretty cheap. Do they make 'em in yellow (most likely)?

Peace!

I know many people on this board think they are "ricey".

So, if you made the washer lights blink with your turn signals, the fact of the matter is they are still washer lights and people will still think they are "ricey".

I personally don't mind them... I have a pair of white ones, but not installed. Not sure about yellow - I know there's white/red/blue - might want to check ebay.

If you think it's phat - go for it - screw what other's think :flash:

I have them on my car and I "rigged" them so that they flash with the turn signals. They are blue in color. they clash with the hyperwhite signal lights I have and look really bad. They also clash with the amber colored stockUnless you have hyperwhites in your front signals along with a pair of Hyperwhite Nozzle lights, then it should be nice. I want to take them off already! they are indeed ricey (IMO)

wouldnt really call it rigging them, i mean you could splice it to whatever you want, even the high beams, but id run a relay for that.

Yea i know many people that did that, it looks pretty cool. I happen to like the lil windsheild wiper lights, but I dont know where u live but here in CT they are illegal. I was thinkin of buying a pack of small L.E.D. lights they got at my performace store i go to and drilling tiny holes under my door handles (on the under side you cant see) and hooking them up to the allarm or the interior doom light so this way when i come to my car and unlock the doors all the little hadles light up.

Okay, you asked for opinions...here's mine. Windshield washer lights are ricey as hell. No way i'd ever put anything like that on my car. I like a simple, smooth, european look. No stripes, no neon, no blinking lights, no asian writing, etc. Just my $0.02.

I agree, lights on the wipers are extremely ricey. Why anyone with an G20 would want to deface it like that is beyond me. Ever heard of, "keeping it real"?

seriously, i think that its just the image that other "ricers" give out that give them ALL a bad name. i have to admit i am fond of things that catch my attention, LED washers, neon lights, all that stuff. its all on opinion, you like it or dont, but i think its a bit immature if you hate just cause you met some other "ricer" that had a bad attitude or whatever.
