engine woes

my 94 3.2 was in a flood about two months ago now it seems everything is not running right...change the power steering pump, the alt,water didnt get in the engine but did a tune up on it anyway. but now it just is going over 55mph i like this rodeo any advise would sure be welcomed..

Don't know what all was done during the "tune-up", but here's a list, aside from what you've done, that I would do.

Spark plugs, tranny flush, oil/filter, air filter, EGR clean-up, possibly need to clean fuel injectors, wheel bearings, transfer case & differential gear-oil changes - I'm sure you did most of these during the tune-up, but I would hit everything you think got wet.

most of that i did and it still runs rough,someone suggested that the cat might be clogged or something is that possible since i had it installed just 3or 4 months ago
