bmw 525 tdse

hello everyone. i have a bmw 525 1997(R). i have just put some new tyres on. 235 & 265 on the rear. i wanted t lower the suspession a slight drop on rear and level the front to the rear. the rear tyres look as though they may hit the arch. is it possible to lower the rear without hitting the arch. please advice.

try www.bmwe34.net. They have some useful info and calculations. (I know a e34 is not the same model) In any event it could help direct you toward getting the right shock/spring combo.

Be careful, think about the type of ride you want. Are you looking for a firmer set up to race it or are you going for looks but wish to retain the stock feel?
