A/C the key to keeping my car running??

well lets see i turn my car on and rev it than let go of the pedal and it stalls out. so i turn my a/c on and than start my car again and the damn thing stays on. if i stop at a red light and turn my a/c off the car stalls. but if i am driving and turn my a/c off it runs fine until i slow down.
anybody have the same problem and fix it? 1994 automatic honda integra
