confused: transmission mystery!
 This is slothgirl. I was having trouble w/the trans. in my 68 Tempest(2spd). Well I recently took off the pan. Well to my surprise it had no filter? Could't find a gasket to fit the pan? Inside the tra is a tube leading to a box(im assuming this is the filter??) Problem being wasn't that set up for the 400 turbo hydromatic? Question is my tra is a 2spd. Didn't the trb 400 only come in 3or4 spd??? please help!
