New 240 Owner with 2 Questions
I have a 92 Conertible and when it rains it leaks where the top meets the windshield. It appears that there is 2 different seals a basic weather stripping and a vinal piece that seals it up. Is there any easy fix for this or will i need to replace both pieces?
When I turn off my headlights the right one goes down first then about 2-5 seconds later the left one does, what can this be? Thanks, John |

Re: New 240 Owner with 2 Questions
your second question happened to me. apparently i was told it was due to a bad "headlight tensioner spring". it's very cheap at the nissan parts store (less than 2 bux) but labor might cost you more. i got a new one and the problem stopped after that, but now it's back again

Re: New 240 Owner with 2 Questions
i've seen enuf s13 silvias in japan to not find anything special about their design now. so, no, i will never get an s13 conversion. i like my 240sx design just the way it is. pop up lights: retro to the max.
maybe s15, but that's once i've bought every car in the world and gotten bored of them all enuf to want to go back to work on my original 240sx. |
