Help Newby Starting Out

So Im Looking for a RC Car right now and from what ive read from these threads is id be best going electric for my first car so im looking, can anybody help me out and tell me some good RC Car sites or possibly cars I should consider buying.

Yes you should go electric for sure, whats ur budget, id say go for a RTR (ready to run) kit to begin with

well budget im not to worried about im 18 im working and have only a car payment which less than half of my check covers so i mean im willing to pay but i dont want to go overboard just because so i will say 300 at most im willing to pay at the moment.....

lol u should see my other one, a CEN racing CT4S (i shoudl really stop braggin about this one ), it goes 73.4 mph stock out of box, btw if u havent guessed already, its gas powered

i dont want to go of topic but an4rki what size is ur nitro engine? how fast is 73mph in kmh?
ur car is 2 speed?

Np for off topic, but not exactly sure what size it is but i think its .15 cuz CEN Says this: "CEN Racing NX-15 Big Block "Lighting" engine!
Big Block 2.5" And 73.4 Mph is just under 120 kmph its like 118 or so. and yes its 2spd, Cen says they are gonna release a 3spd tranny soon, with it i should be able to hit 90+ MPH, hehe cant wait

damn man thats one fast car! did u buy it like that?
i have a kyosho pure ten i bought a .15 engine,2spd,exhaust still very slow my shity engine cant go full throttle for some reason so i havent hit two speed sucks

my friend has an old kyosho with 2spd its ok only hits about 80kmph so far

well hope the three speed comes out dude good luck
