Iam having a very bad time with alpine developments. They have lied to me about when parts would arrive that i had paid for and now they will not give me my money back. Over 2 weeks ago i ask for my money back and they told me they would get around to it sometime. I am going to small claims court to try to get it now. is anyone else haveing problems

Re: alpine developments

fileing a claim with the better business beuro wont do much, they only investigate if federal charges apply. its more of a feedback, like ebay, for the reliablity of a bussiness. their are a couple of diffrent aproches you can take. you can call them and ask them what happend, and why it had taken longer then expected, and why they felt you wouldnt do business with them if they told you the actuall expected time of delivery? ask them to accomidate your needs in a more effecient business manner. ask them what they are willing to do about the problem on hand. Depending on the quality of responce you recieve, you can do either of the two. one, if their coppritive, and polite, settle the dispute over the phone with ither a manager, or athoritive figure, and see if they can compinsate for their lack of bussness ethec's (make sure its a resionable request). 2, if their not, (make sure its not becasue of your attitude, use the golden rule. treat people the way you desire to be treated.) tell them you expect a full refund, not subject to 20% restocking fee, in a timley manner, that you understand the strians of small bussiness, and the time to accomidate a return of funds, ask for an expected time to process your request, and if they give you the run around like before, tell them cival litigation isnt far away from reality when somone dosent deliver their end of purchas agrement. ***be polite****. respect will get you in more doors then you can emagin.

you should post something about it at hyundaiperformance.com

the shop there deals with alpine, so posting might get you recognized.
