Computer error?

I have a 1998 Grand Voyager - yesterday the I left a 12v cooler plugged in and drained the battery.

When I boosted it some of my guages didn't work - tach etc. After it ran for awhile I restarted it and most everything started working normally - except my climate control. I have seperate driver/passenger control and the air conditioning doesn't work in the drivers side and four of my dash lights flash. The air conditioning, recirculate, rear wiper and rear wiper intermittent buttons all flash.

Are these flashing buttons indicating a specific error?

Anybody?

Okay - I have discovered that the a/c does work on the drivers side if I don't push the slider all the way to the coldest. If I put it not quite all the way then it works - weird.

And the lights are still flashing.
