Warped Rotors need help

Ok, At first i had plan old stock rotors up front and it seemed that they would get warped all the time. Id get them turned and a few months later they would be warped again? So i got some used crossed drilled rotors from a friend for cheap got them turned and put them on the car, Also at the same time drained the fluid and put in Dot 5 fluid and VGX pads. Well its a few months later and there is a strong vibration in my steering wheel when i brake again. Any answers to how I can solve this once and for all?

THanks

Re: Warped Rotors need help

Cross-drilled are not always the best solution. The issue lies in that you got them second hand. Buy a new set of rotors, either slotted or unslotted. Check the hydraulics in each caliper... If you are at the stage of replacing rotors then a rebuild kit through each caliper couldn't hurt either. I found that one of mine had siezed leading to uneven pressure, causing the rotor to warp (well, it was an old rotor too).

Key to brakes is doing everything new at the same time.

Yeah I'd think there is something else throwing it off. I'v even seen CV joints mess up brakes. check all the small stuff that is in any way connected, and check your calipers like Setanta said.

almost off subject but I got a set of some 11.1" 94 prelude rotors on ebay for $5 couple days ago, brand new still in sealed honda box.
